Interior shed paint

Good evening,

I have a summerhouse that is going to be a gym. I want the interior to be black, my question is. Do I use shed wood paint inside or just usual wood paint?

Zinsser all coat black off shelf will do it.
Any shed paint or other that's suitable for exterior will work.
Guess your not interested in knotting solution or primer. Just paint black

Yeah. Just a tidy finish really. It’s protected and painted on the outside. But do I offer it the same level of protection on the interior?

Interior won't get the weather but will be subject to heat and cold plus humidity so paint needs to withstand that. Waterbased self priming black paint will do what you want
