Hi all I've got a Bosch green star 37cdi combi regularly services and inhibitor used clear water In the CH system TRVs on all but one radiator . hot water works perfectly with no problems however the CH heat always been problematic . the first fault is TD 200 says the rt 10 absent .all the engineers say its induction on the cable between the two . it doesn't run anywhere near other cables and I think this is total rubbish this happens every few weeks . I've had the cable tested and its fine and was new when put in . the electrician said its loose or dry contacts with the push fit connectors on the rt 10 or on the main board behind the push on choc box connector . it just means checking and wiggling them back which seams to work . but the main problem is that it comes and goes is when you increase the required CH temp on the TD 200 when more heat is needed it flashes afew times then fires up and the temp increases but never gets anywhere near the selected temp then cuts off for a few second and fire up again constantly going up and down . when fitted new you could select 29° and it would keep going up to the point it reached 29° and was too hot in the house then stop . but now it doesn't
The pump runs fine all the TRVs all open radiator all full and no air . condensation pipe and trap clean . when it cold it works fine it just when you need extra heat and turn it up . it dose the same on constant heat and timed ? It will happily go to 19° on both setting but turn it up for a cold snap and it will not have it .

Any ideas please .
