Intermittent water hammer noise

In the last month sometimes when turning off the hot tap on the bath or the thermostatic shower we get this water hammer noise. Sometimes the noise lasts only a second but others it can last a few seconds. We have a gloworm flexicom 30cx combo boiler,

Any ideas would be appreciated on cause.
