Internal Door Stop Alternative ??

I have 2 doors that open outwards onto each other & i want to prevent them from hitting each other. I'm trying to avoid putting anything on the floor (ie... door stop) & dont really want something showing at the bottom of the door.

Is there a discreet "something" that prevents an internal door "over opening" (is that a phrase :scratch: ) ??

or a bit of light chain secured at the top of the frame about 6"away from the hinge side!!
