Internal & External cracks in walls of Detached Bungalow

Hi guys, so I've been looking at purchasing a detached bungalow and I noticed the following 2 cracks when viewing it, one internal and one external (both on completely seperate walls):

I was just wondering if you guys thought either was any cause for concern, what the most likely causes are and what I would need to do to resolve them (and a rought cost if possible!). Thanks very much for your time
