internal insulation

Hi,

Wat would be the best product to use in order to insulate internal walls of my house without taking the radiators off?

I have a space of around 3cm between the radiators and the wall.
I was thinking of using ployesterene with lining paper over it if this can be done.

Any advice would be appreciated.
