Hi. Please check out this leak and see if you can tell me where it's coming from. We had painted over with a sealant internally but it's coming through again. We can't tell if it's from outside brickwork, a pipe cracked in wall as there are waste pipes just above but no obvious signs as to where it is coming from. Please help if you can see the answer.

Difficult to diagnose, ideally and inspection hole would be created to see what's behind that internal wall if that wall is 2 layers of brick with a cavity in between?
Is that new waste pipe?
Have you got access to upstairs?
Can you take floor boards up above that location?
If it is in the wall, you might need to drill an inspection hole, as previously stated. Although, hopefully you haven't got any joints in a cavity.
