internal routing of water supply pipe to flats

Hi
Currently converting our victorian house into 6 flats, each will have its own services. Severn Trent Water will be installing 6 new meters at boundary wall. I need to run supply pipe internally to each flat, and was going to use 25mm mdpe and run in stud partition, and ceiling void, or any easy route. Is this going to be ok, or are there any regs that say different?
