New water mains pipe! time to start digging. Questions

ok ill probably just take the 25mm pipe.

what stop tap should we use. we have a boiler man who is going to repipe all house?

25mm MDPE - 22mm Copper Stop Tap (as 22mm is best copper pipe)?

would this work?

also what drain off would i need

Sorry more questions. I am buying 110mm Flexible ducting. I will drill the garage floor and feed it through the wall below. After i have done this can i concrete around the flexible ducting?

Additionally following this i am getting someone to fit a new vented boiler system, he said he will use the 'best sized copper price. Given this should i use a 28mm stop tap? and a 28mm drain off?
