Hi,

I live in a 1930s house with no cavity walls :( I have a bay wall that gets very cold in the winter. I'm about to decorate the room so I want to line the wall internally with some kind of insulation. The window sill is less than 50mm deep so I dont have much depth to play with.

Can anyone recommed a product \ method.

Thanks very much!

Glenn

Thermal laminate plasterboard. If the plaster is good you can fix with adhesive or you can screwfix. Finish with skim.
