Does anyone have a solution to the gap at the top of the door? The door was stored flat originally before it was Hung.

Is the door actually warped? or is the frame twisted?

One way of partially hiding it is to move the lower hinge outwards and move the gap to the bottom right on the hinge side instead of top left. Or even halve the error. Otherwise if the door is twisted = new door, or frame twisted = reset the frame. You could muck about trying to make fillets but it will always be a bodge.

Another way is to get a rebate plane and carefully adjust the frame rebate, but you need the right tool and it's a fiddly job to get right.

Photos of the hinge side (from outside of the room) might help.
