Internal Water Meters?

Could anyone provide me with details (or even a picture!) on approved internal water meters that can be used in say a block of 10 flats.

We have a 63mm. MDPE to supply the block and this is being split into 10 supplies to the meters. Presumably they will be positioned within a communal store. But are there any special requirements for the meters.
