New home, there are 3 of these extractors, I took the cover off 1 cant see any time delay adjustment, is that why they are cheap, or is there something I just cant find.?

Don't mean to sound patronising but are they definitely timer fans?

Can you post a pic of the fan with the cover off?

Took the cover off, there are no user adjustments, these things are generaly adjusted without removing the cover

If it's the one im thinking of you have to remove the front plate and there is a small hole into which you insert a small screwdriver or allen key but I can't rememeber which one or where.

OK thanks I will have a look in more detail.
Sorted, top left under cover is adjustment.

At what pressure differential ?

It so so annoying to read those figures when in most intallations they cannot achieve that rate of extraction.

With the fan on a test bench in free air that may well be the "extract" rate. In reality the extracted air has to travel under the bath room door, through a ceiling vent and then, expanded by the warmth of the bathroom and loaded with water vapour has to be pushed along a twisty often corrogated duct to a outlet on a wall where wind pressure is opposing the flow of air coming out of outlet.
