IQON TROUBLE

I got an iqon pc about 4 years ago and haven't had a problem with it ever, however i am normally handy with computers except when it comes to drivers, the problem i am having is that i formatted and installed xp to my pc everything is working perfectly except movies etc. due to a video driver problem i have had this problem b4 and solved it by a complete accident (it happen last time i wiped my computer) anyway i just need to find out what the driver is called.

It may also be a vga controller however it seems the one i have used for the past few years is the only one that will do the job plz if anyone knows HELP!

Problems:
video games can't go full screen
Videos are laggy
can't use certain screen resolutions
and using Itunes, Nero etc is difficult due to severe lag.

Effects everything u see on the monitor basically...
