recently had new extension wet pebbledashed to match existing house, now i have what i call a bleeding extension as it appears that the pebbles are leaking (iron?) despite having had two coats of sealant and two very good coats of sandtex paint, my builder is telling me that this is normal, however I am not inclined to believe him as I have never heard of, or seen this problem before, I suspect it is due to a poor quality of pebble, does anyone have any thoughts, as to what has happened and how to remedy if possible.
