I have inherited and want to sell 1880s American crocheted bed spread, which has iron mould stains on it. Would the lemon juice and salt method be suitable as I can hardly wash it? If not, is there a specialist Dry Cleaners who would tackle it, or should I try and sell it as it is?

do you mean rust :?: :?:

i would have thought an atique[fabric] restorer
they deal in upholstery as well

or why not try your local museum for a fabric restorer
[as in person not liquid] ;)

if its valuable[historic wise] they may be interested in it any way
