Irregular Bond Please Help (Diagram Included)

Please can someone help with this from a structural perspective, my foundation walls and external/internal above ground walls have matching perps in many places (two inexperienced blocklayers = one problem)

The diagram above is in my images in my albums, I can't work out how to upload to the forum yet. It shows my problem as best as possible. Can a reasonably experienced builder add their thoughts if possible?

You gone a bit overboard asking this one, posting the same question multiple times and with little clarity.

From the pic I'd say it'll be fine. Sort it out on the next course and proceed as normal.
