Is EPDM a wise choice?

Hi,I like the idea of using EPDM due to it's easy to do, BUT I've read about the glue failing and leaving it to float. My flat roof will be 4 metre by 9 metres with two roof windows in it. What d'ya think?

Like most roof coverings its absolutely fine, if done properly.

Everything is easy if you know what you're doing.

EPDM is perfect.

Many people and traditional roofers just don't understand it.

Do it properly and it will most likely outlast any other flat roof cover
