could anyone tell me if the bottom of an exteroir rendered house is painted in bitumen.the top is painted in white down to what looks like a line of flashing then under that it is smooth and black.where it has flaked of abit it looks a bit like tar.if it is bitumen what type is best to use to redo it :D
 
If it is bitumen and it sounds like it is as this was common practice for this type of property, then any other type of bitumen will do.
