Is it just a coincidence that those killers that claim diminished responsibility after a murder..

…never attack someone built like a brick shìthouse but are always told by a 'voice' to go for a defenceless woman or a child. They’re not that stupid, are they?

... And when they do, they don't manage to kill them, so it's not a murder.

This is literally survivorship bias.
 
He should just be killed, no need fr prison and mental health care. He will never be of any use in society.
This might seem far fetched but if that was my daughter I would kill him somehow....im surprised it never happens?
 
Have you seen the film, A time to kill? Samuel L Jacksons character kills the men who raped his daughter.....brilliant film if you've not seen it

I love that film. I think it's a John Grisham adaptation.
