Is it likely to leak?

Hi
I have just DIY fitted a Triton fast fit electric shower. When I was trying to turn the elbow 90 degrees, the whole fitting turned, rather than unscrewing.
The shower works fine, but I'm worried I may have created a leak. I can't see, because the pipework is behind the shower wall. Any advice please?
