Is it ok to (temporarily) walk on liquid dpm?

Possibly a stupid question - cant find answer online or on tub of black stuff - once Ive applied the bitumen/latex and it has dried, does it remain tacky or is it safe to gingerly walk on?

Does look like it would dry to the touch and not remain tacky but I would recommend a trial if you want to be sure.
Anyone else?
