Hope it's okay to ask but I'm looking for something like this but with 3/4inch on both sides?

It's for a garden hose connector. I need something with a valve to be able to just turn it off rather than going to the tap.

I did buy a VERY over priced one from Amazon £9.99 but when it turned up it was a 15mm.

Bit hard to explain.. but here goes lol

Due to the layout of the house it would be costly to get a tap out the back of the house and we don't really need it that often.
So, i am using a splitter attached to the washing machine inlet and I was attaching the hose to this everytime we needed it. However, it's in a VERY difficult to reach area so attaching the hose every time is a nightmare. I basically have to empty the cupboard to get to it. So, i attached a washing machine pipe to it, run it up the side of the cupboard then used a male to male connector and attached the hose connector to that... Hopfully the photo will explain it a bit clearer lol

It's very make do but it works perfectly.

I would like to add the above linked piece to the end of this and then attached the hose connector to it as when I currently still have to reach back and turn the mini tap 'on' on the splitter.
A 'tap' at the top of the pipe would make things SO much easier. Unplug the hose I get a teaspoon or two of water spilling out and more if the pipe 'dips'. With the 'tap' it would lock in the water and minimize the spillage.

Instead of your neatly done pipework use a flexible braided stainless steel tap connector.3/4" at one end (for the splitter ) with a 15mm compression or pushfit at the other.
On this end put the outside tap.
Or hard plumb it from the cold water pipe.

That would be a backward move given you have the hose connector on the end already. My link above is to a push fit solution for your existing set up.Lots of 3/4 isolation valves around —https://www.amazon.co.uk/SOMATHERM-...9697234329-B079XY9SWQ-&hvexpln=0&gad_source=1
Worth remembering those hose connection often leak which is why they are only used outside
