Ceramic bits for an odd valve

My bath tub's mixer is shot. I am finding it difficult to get a replacement. I even asked Tap Magician, and others. It's the 3/4inch type. It has an extension body. The brass bits are fine, perhaps all I need is to find the internals. This is also proving difficult. Below are some photos. Can anybody recognize this type of valve?

type in lunns

The search function came up with nothing so I rang them and asked for their email which I got. They do get a lot of emails they said so I won't mention the address here just in case.
