I have a 151cm gap that I want to put 2 bifold doors in.
Is there usually enough solid wood on the edges of the 762mm bi-fold door sections to trim about 0.3cm

e.g these doors are 76.2cm each, so will need a 152.4cm gap.

I will need to lose 1.4cm overall (maybe a bit more so there is actually room to open them..), so maybe just 3.5mm (or 5mm?) from each of the 4 sections. In fact, is 150.4cm of door still too big for a 151cm gap? How much space does a door need each side?

the download says it has 28mm softwood around the perimeter

its under downloads and is the moulded bifold standard core pdf option (LHS)
