Where the mains MDPE comes up into the house under floorboards is it at risk to vermin taking chunks out of it like hep and jg is?

the only thing vermin do not gnaw is 100kv cables, anything else is theoretically at risk

did a job at a local brewery once. rats had gnawed through 25mdpe in about 7 places. not my kind of rats though. if i were them i would of gone for the ale rather than the cold mains

yes it most certainly is. ive apark home site that i regularly lie underneath and get soaked at

although not often found in homes, vermin do gnaw at HV insulation, but strangely only once.

I once found a cat across a couple of HF busbars to an induction furnace.

eewuuuuuuuuuuu.

the 100 kv i meant hang from pylons, and the buggers still can't climb them

On reading the title of this thread I thought that maybe turnpike was feeling a bit peckish.
