I know you are not having a pop! I do not think it is the victims fault though. I am sure there are lots of nuisance customers too and that too cannot be excused.
And I have been quite watchful with the guys (and gals) I have hired. If you are in the contracting business, surely you have been called by a customer to fix a job done wrong by someone they hired who didnt know what they were doing??? If so, how frequently? Did you not feel for them?
