Need to raise my garage floor for a bedroom conversion.
My Plan (not set in stone) - DPM 1200 gauge, 100mm Celotex (foil taped together, is this required?) then screed circa 80-100mm.
My question is should I get someone to screed it or can this be done easily by me? The space is approx 7ft by 16ft
If I get someone in what sort of price should I be looking to pay for labouring / material / total?
I have alos read about these liquid pumps that pump screed off a truck with a chap that levels it, but I know it takes longer to set?!
