Hi, cant seem to find the answer on whether this memory Premier module is still available. It extends the log to 10,000 events & would be real handy for my situation. Has anyone fitted one or seen one.
(It apparently fits on the expansion port)

Thanks

Chris.

AH! That's who i emailed 1st & they replied as just a very short no. But it seems strange that their paper work for the Premier panels says yes & wondered if i just got a newbie on the job.

Well, not being able to think of a reason for a 10,000 Event log, 10,000!!!!? good grief, been in this business so many years I can't remember, never had the need for anything like that.

It would be impossible to manage.

Not knowing which of the two panels mentioned you have, do you know the size of their respective Logs?

Premier 48 - 500
Premier 88 - 1000 and
Premier 168 - 2000 and
Premier 640 - 4000

surely one of these would be enough?

Go on, why do you think you need 10,000, plus the original taken from above?

We was looking to issue 4 fobs or individual codes to staff & 1 cleaner & use it for work time sheets. It would of been nice to have kept a longer record as the unit would of also logged other alarm activity's.
But i email Texecom again & they said the 1000 log is no longer made. But suggested using the 640 as this has an updated 5000 log .
(Thinking it will now be easer to get a clocking in machine) lol
