Is there a reducer from 1 inch to .5 inch?

Hi- just tying to fit a new flexible shower pipe to a 1960's set of bath taps. (Gulp). Male fitment seems to measure about 1 inch/ 25mm, and all modern flexi-hoses are now, I believe, 15mm/ .5 inch.
Is there such a converter, otherwise replacing the taps will be major due to almost impossible access.

A 3/4" BSP male thread will measure roughly 1" diameter.
The above should suffice.
