I've bought a set of bath mixer taps (Screwfix 28552) which has 1 inch threads on it. How do I connect this to my 15mm speedfit pipes? I was expecting to be able to buy flexi hoses that would do this but I don't see anything that looks suitable?

To be honest , I'd avoid flexi connectors (those especially) very restrictive bore and even more restrictive isolators.
3/4" BSP fitting equates close to 1" OD.
