Is there such a thing as an 'in-pipe' macerator?

I've fitted a macerator toilet in a previous house and it worked fine, albeit, of course, rather noisily.

I need to fit one in this house that we moved into a few months ago. I got to thinking ... is there such a device as a macerator system which is fitted outside, underground, within the pipework? It would mean no need to change the toilet. The house is a 60's build which had originally a septic tank system, modified to mains drainage in the late 70's. There are 6 inspection areas along the 60m of pipe and by observation I can see the flow does not get the solids along well enough. I am having to empty 15 or 20 bucketfuls of water down the pipe a week the clear the backlog(s!).
An outside macerator would get rid of the noise.
