Does anyone know if this is asbestos under my underlay?

Looks like the remains of old fashioned rubber underlay to me where some of the underlay has stuck to the floor and left some residue when it was lifted.

If it’s old bitumen, then it could be, but I believe the risk is lower. Is that tiles underneath?

Then it’s likely not asbestos as per @Lower

It has a sticky feel. The black is the sticky bit, underneath that is the floor boards
