Hello just bought an 1930 house and found this under the floor.

Is that can be asbestos? He was under a old newspaper 1955 and just there.

It’s a little bight.

This is a UK group and we used asbestos in different places.

As the mines were very local to you, you may find asbestos in different materials and locations to us, so best get it tested or find a Canadian construction forum.
