Is this Asbestos?

Hi Everyone, I was taking out an old boiler and came across this cement joining two sections of a balanced flue. Could it be Asbestos I’m really worried.

Looks like insulation. Put a match to a bit outside
Asbestos don't burn

Looks like metal imo. If you know the make of boiler, there’ll be something on the register if it contained acm.
