Is this normal at bottom of shower cabinet glass?

Hello all - this is my very first potential diy project! Moved into a house with a shower cabinet that seems to have strips of bathroom screen sealer at the bottom that has been sealed with silicone and which has accumulated serious levels of mold and gunk inside. I’d like to remove them and figure out how to reseal, but would this even be possible without dismantling the cabinet? I don’t really want to do like for like with the plastic seal at the bottom but I think the gap may be too for anything else. Any thoughts welcome!

Option one.
Take it out and apart. Buy new seals if required. Clean up. Fit back and silicone.
0000 wire wool..

Option two.
Clean up as is. Glass scrapers and silicone remover.
Silicone back around.

Option three.
Buy a new enclosure.

Only way to prevent that is clean ever week.

Thank you - option 3 not an option right now so I’ll have to start with 2. When I reapply silicone should I only do it outside or on the inside too? Silicone is on both inside and outside currently and im not sure if that’s contributes to the mold and gunk?

Just outside. You don't want to trap water in-between
