is this soil stack allowed

hi we are having planning accepted for a double story extension on the rear. my soil stack is currently internal and id love to make it external as there is annoying dripping sound. but for the life off me i cant find and its totally dry when i have stripped all the boxing out etc would this be acceptable above public footpath ?

I'm not sure if it's allowed, however for the live of God whoever moves it make sure the disused pipe is sealed properly, with a concrete and smashed glass mix,

Serious rat problems can ensure otherwise

'Dripping' noise is possibly the pipe expanding/contracting when a discharge is made, check it's not touching any part of the floor or boxing in, and is adequately supported.

I dont see an issue with it being above the footpath, but your BCO will have to make the final decision.
