Everything on the floor is said to be useless. And is due for the dump.

I really wouldn't know but my guess is the Mice and the Keyboards at worst are worth shipping to Africa where children in schools would benefit.

There will be some well meaning good hearted Africans that would make these PCs and screens work.

Am I being a fanny and this is really not worth the effort?

I'd be surprised if someone doesnt profit from them before they end up in the hands of the needy. If you were local to me (or selling them) I'd of taken a fair bit of those monitors/all-in-ones for some Arcade machine projects I am wanting to work on.

I am curious as to what those little robot things are though.

They do move

They look like some little robot you can program to do things with... I need to reverse image search them for my own curiosity.

Just found them Bee Bot Robot , well thats the bee version. (not cheap btw).. could be a market for you to sell them.

Such a shame its been deemed waste by the organization. Hopefully you'll be able to either put it to good use, donate or profit from the surplus equipment as its definately got life/value to it. I'd of bitten their hand off it they were telling me its going to be thrown out.

An old customer of mine is a retired CEO of a foreign aid charity. He would send things out to Africa.

I spoke with him yesterday and he has a farmer who buys grain from Ukraine and with the profit he buys a lorry. Fills it up what "whacha stuff" then delivers it. He leaves the lorry fo the Army and flys home.

I dont want to make money i just want it going to someone who needs it.

I think the IT fella who comes to school every Thursday is making on it.
