Hi this is in the bathroom extension before they plaster tomorrow. I think she needs a survey, I'm documenting the cracks here before they put a sucking plaster over.
Is it subsidence.
This is a kitchen, bathroom extension 1970s with flat tarred roof which was redone a couple of years ago.

Hi thanks Not that I can see. The lintels had gone in the kitchen which is directly below this bathroom so she had that done at a cost of £650 they rusted and dropped they were Leaking and caused mold which is clearing up now.

Doesn't look like anything serious but if you want to be sure, as they're replastering, break the existing plaster where the crack is and check if the masonry behind is cracked as well.
That's given that it's a masonry plastered wall and not plasterboard.

Hi they just plastered over it. I think. When you say walk b hind did you mean the outside wall?

They may be be superficial cracks but if not repaired may well break through the new skim/plaster
