Is this timer switch compatible with a lighting circuit?

I bought this timer switch (Picture 2&3), which was advertised as being suitable for controlling LED lights. I want to use it to replace an older timer switch (which doesn’t work with LED lights).

The old switch (Picture 1) has only three terminals, connected as follows:
L1 – single wire connected
L2 – no wire connected
Com – two wires connected

The back of this new switch has four terminals: L in, L out, N in, N out. Is this new switch actually compatible with a lighting circuit? If so, how should it be connected?

Many thanks

Need a clearer picture of the old switch showing where all the wires come from and are connected..

Thank you. I hope these are better. The timer switch controls the ceiling lights, the switch on the right controls the wall lights.
