Nowt? Contempt of court and being thrown into prison isn't nowt. But if people see him flagrantly breaking a supreme court ruling they will eventually ask themselves if they have to abide by the law. Many Americans are instinctively wary of any kind of government.

Citizenship through birth seems to be a constitutional right so that will be interesting battle with the SC. That no longer applies here, they changed the law just after Chemi arrived
The Russians sold Alaska for 7 million,bargain,even at that time.
Louisianna or whatever it was called at the time was got cheap as well.
America isn't so much an empire, but more of real estate company with big ambitions.

The $10million on circumcising males in Mozambique to reduce female to male HIV/AIDS infection was an interesting one to me as I had never heard of circumcision as a way to prevent this type of infection here in the UK. I don't recall us asking gay men to get this done? I am bemused by it.
