It's only 5 years old. Can you elaborate about the RCDs please? I bought a hybrid car (brilliant!) so not bothered about EV charging.

Even if it was, that would not comply with EV requirements now. In fact, the installed RCDs will not be today's regs either.

Is that true? You get get an rcbo in by the main switch.
