Isolation of dishwasher, best location

hi , our dish washer sits next to the sink, and our water supply has to passed the dishwasher to get to the sink.

What is the best point to put the isolation? I put a T isolation just as it gets to dishwasher?
Or route it to sink and then out a ilsation point behind sink for easy access?

The cupboard next to the dishwasher is where the sink is. Can I just link it off the cold water tap and put it their?

Exactly.

And until I figure out what a 'dink' is I'd use the cold feed to the sink instead!
