Isolation Regs?

Are there actually any specific regulations regarding the need for local isolation of a shower and fan in a bathroom?
I did a p.i.r. yesterday on an apartment and noted there was no isolator (other than the m.c.b.) for the shower and none for the bathroom fan.
I'm typing the report up today but can't find any specific regulations to back up this as a finding.
