for my grohe bath taps (which is presume are 3/4) is it best to have valve into flexible hose?

also is there a issue going from 3/4 to a 22mm pipe?

I prefer to use a separate hose and isolation valve. That way it's easier to replace hose if required.

ok is this the best way to go from my 22mm pipe 22mm pipe - >idsolation valve -> a bit of 22mm pipe - > 22mm to 3/4 tap tail?
