Isolator switch terminals

Bought a 32A 4 pole isolator switch. Using it on a single phase. The terminals are marked up L1, L2, L3 & N on one side & T1, T2, T3 & N on the other. Do I use L1 & N as the supply & T1 & N as the load, or the other way round, or doesnt it matter.

use L1 and N as described, but then link T1 to L2 T2 to L3 and take the load from T3..

this gives you a back up in case of contact welding..
