You are listening to stories that are coming out of Gaza, that means nothing as the journalists that are telling you this is either hamas controled or their own media propaganda, that in itself is unreliable. Also these aid workers and Drs are dubious too. I am sure that there is a shortage of food not denying that, there is also plenty of evidence to undermine these allegations of starvation too. You are stating your side of the story as fact when in fact nobody actually knows. A famine has not been declared in Gaza and that in itself says a lot. If you listen to propaganda from each side you hear a different story so it really boils down to until either side of these rumours is verified, we cannot say either side is fact. I do not believe that Israel is commiting Genocide and starving people to death. Hamas could end the war today, they choose not to and why would they when they are winning the propaganda war and turning the West against Israel and getting what they want.
I have only quoted what international organisations say, or the relatively few free foreign nationals in the country say, or what Israel say. Are you suggesting all the doctors and aid workers are making things up in some coordinated way?
Both sides are disgusting, you seem to assume I have a bias.
Of course we all realise that both sides show the extremes - don't you?
I don't think you can reasonably say that nobody knows what is going on.
Israel could stop the war too. Stop shooting. Are you suggesting they won't have "won" until all the people, including the civilians, are dead?
What end-game do you propose?
Israel is holding thousands of Palestinians, by the way.
You're claiming a lot that you don't know - nobody , even the israelis have not shown us much evidence for example, of hospitals being routinely used as terrorist millitary "command centres" or stores. I've seen not much above a few guns put on a floor, and empty tunnels. They were undoubtedly used to some extent, but that's not so impossible to stop with the IDF's military. They don't have to bomb every single one to destruction. Hamas can go somewhere else, the patients can't.
IDF say the facillities were cleared out in the first few weeks of the war.
So why are they nearly all destroyed now?
Is that OK?
There has to be some proportionality in this.
Israel doesn't even have any permanent troops on the ground in Gaza, they're just destroying it, with civilian deaths in the tens of thousands.
