Issue with PIR's & Wintex connect

I don't understand what you mean by

"just light up" and "doesn't seem to pick up motion like the wired ones"

When you walk past a wired PIR the red light comes on, when you walk past the new wired one it does nothing.

new wirelese one?

thats correct the led only comes on in walk test its to save battery life

Yeah the new wireless one, ah okay that makes sense.

I have just set the alarm again and it went off after five mins so I assume it's the delay as you previously said.

Thanks for the replies.

lost if a guard zone is activated it shouldnt be 5 minutes before it goes off.

PIR when motion is detected should trigger the alarm, wired is almost instant wireless a delay of seconds not minutes.
If your struggling you have my number and will go through this with you.

okay that event log shows a few things, but not repeated attempts at the same thing. Think it be better to go through things with.
