Issue with Shower tile

Hi All,

I'm trying to cover up this lovely bit of plumbing (not mine!).

Haven't a clue how to mask it, fill it, make it look better.

Do I just slot a piece of tile in there? Fill it with filler or slot something over it?

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Take the shower unit off the wall, remove that horrible tile and replace with a neatly cut one, job done
