IT Kitchens - Fitting prestige drawers

Hello
I am trying to fit prestige framed soft close drawers into an IT base unit. Exactly where I am instructed to put 3mm holes there are already 5mm holes?

Am I missing something or do I need to fill the holes or buy bigger screws than supplied with the drawers?
